Also included in this new image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory. Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million. The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool. You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right. This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a key labelling distinct areas of the land. Alongside this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings. More documentation released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
